Please call or email us to complete your registration.

What forms of payment do we accept?
Check, cash or money order, credit and debit cards accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Gift certificates are available. Call 802.658.5959 to order a gift certificate for any of our classes.

What kind of insurance do we accept?
We don’t accept direct payment from private insurance. Many insurance companies provide reimbursement for classes. Check with your insurance company to see what benefits they may offer for Childbirth, Breastfeeding, Infant Care, Pediatric CPR and Sibling Preparation classes.

We accept Medicaid payments for childbirth classes.

How do I get a receipt?
On the registration form, check the appropriate box indicating you need a receipt. A emailed receipt (and zoom codes if needed) will be emailed shortly after payment is processed.

What is our refund policy?
A refund is available only to those who cancel two weeks prior to the first class or to the parents of babies born before the series begins.

How do I get a certificate of completion?
Certificates of Completion are distributed as needed for insurance purposes.

What should I bring to class?
Our classes are informal. We suggest you wear comfortable clothing to class, preferably pants. In your Preparation for Childbirth class you will spend some time on the floor so we urge you to bring a small pillow and a yoga mat or blanket to class each week. You don’t need to bring any of these items for: Breastfeeding, Infant Care, or Pediatric Sleep classes.

How large are our classes?
Class sizes vary. In person classes are currently 8 people (4 couples); online classes are no more than 16 people (8 couples).

Is class more than just breathing?
YES! So much more. For a list of some of the many topics we cover, click on our Programs link. Also check out the other classes we offer in addition to our Preparation for Childbirth class.

Who do I call if I won’t be in class or if I will be late to class?
Your instructor will distribute a class outline with her personal contact information on it on the first night of class. Please call her if you cannot attend class or if you have any questions.

What is your cancellation policy in the event of bad weather?
We will make every effort possible to speak with each family in person if we need to cancel class. In the event that we can’t contact the family directly, we will leave voice mail messages. Please check your messages if you have any concerns. We generally start making cancellation calls at approximately 3:00 PM.
